Covert op ships have an AoE EMP which incapacitates the enemy ship & scrambles their Ui making it unusable for 1-15 seconds, depending on your skill. Also makes it impossible to write support tickets or forum posts for an hour

Turn Killrights into Vendettas: Once earned you have the right to shoot that person on sight no matter what...indefinitely. You may sell your vendetta if you wish.

Tractorbeams can be used against other players ships.
Ship mass effects beam's strength relative to opposing ship mass.
